このたび、ご縁をいただきまして、藤沢駅南口徒歩5分の地に「かがやきレディースクリニック藤沢」を開院させていただきました、中島文香（なかしまあやか）と申します。

これまでは地域の中核医療を担う総合病院を中心に勤務してまいりました。総合病院勤務時代は、日本産科婦人科内視鏡学会認定腹腔鏡技術認定医として腹腔鏡手術に従事するとともに、婦人科悪性腫瘍の手術や癌化学療法、ハイリスク妊娠・分娩の管理を含めた周産期医療など、幅広く産婦人科の医療に従事しておりました。

日々の診療の中で「もう少し早く病院を受診していたら」「もう少し気軽に相談できる産婦人科のクリニックが身近にあれば」と思うことがよくありました。
具体的には、生理痛がひどすぎて救急車を呼ぶような事態になったケース、過多月経のために貧血が極度に進行してしまったケース、子宮頸がん検診を受けに行っておらず、発見されたときにはかなり進行した状態で見つかったケースなど、です。

また、女性の健康にたずさわるということでは、その場かぎりとなってしまうことがありました。
例えば妊娠糖尿病や妊娠高血圧症候群を発症した患者様は将来的に糖尿病や高血圧になる可能性が高いため、その後のフォローが必要ですが、総合病院ですとフォローを続けることはなかなか難しいのが実情です。

このようなことを踏まえて、私は、かかりつけ医として、人々の身近で、女性の健康のために働きたいと考えるようになりました。そして、医療を通して、女性一人ひとりがかがやきながら活躍できるようお役に立ちたいと思っています。

当院では初経を迎えた小学生から、閉経後の方まで幅広い世代の女性に対応し、気軽に受診していただけるように、アットホームな雰囲気で、一人一人に寄り添って診療をしてまいります。そのため、プライバシーに配慮した空間設計をしております。
女性の皆様が身体に関する日々の悩みについて気軽に相談でき、安心して笑顔で過ごせるように、身近なかかりつけ医として、女性の健康をサポートしてまいりたいと思います。

すべての女性がいきいきとかがやきながら毎日を過ごせますように願っております。

About Kagayaki Ladies Clinic Fujisawa

Welcome to Kagayaki Ladies Clinic Fujisawa.

"Kagayaki Ladies Clinic Fujisawa" is opened on November 1st, 2022. It is located at a five-minute walk from the south exit of Fujisawa Station.

I have worked mainly at general hospitals responsible for the core medical care of the community. In those days, I was engaged in laparoscopic surgery as a laparoscopic surgeon, as well as gynecological malignant tumor surgery, cancer chemotherapy and perinatal care including the management of high-risk pregnancy and childbirth.

In my daily medical care, I often thought, “If she had seen a doctor little earlier, her condition would not have become so serious,” or "If only there were obstetrics and gynecology clinics where female patients could see a doctor a little more casually.” There were such cases in the past; A patient called an ambulance because of acute period pains. Anemia has extremely progressed due to excessive menstruation. Cervical cancer had already advanced considerably when it was found because the patient had not never gotten cancer screening. In addition, when it comes to women's health, sometimes I had no choice but to give temporary treatment to my patients. For example, patients with gestational diabetes and hypertensive disorders of pregnancy need to be followed up since they are likely to become diabetes and high blood pressure in the future. However, it is difficult to do follow-ups at general hospitals.

From these experiences, I came to consider that I wanted to work for women's health as a primary care doctor. Also, through our medical treatment, I would like to support women to shine and be active in various fields.

In a homely atmosphere, we will carefully examine female patients of all ages - from an elementary school student who has her first period to a postmenopausal woman, staying close to each one of you. In order for you to feel assured, our space is designed with privacy in mind.

I would like to support women's health as a primary care doctor so that you can feel free to talk about your daily gynecological problems and keep on smiling with peace of mind.
